Ingredients2 tablespoons sweet paprika3/4 teaspoon cayenne 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon parsley 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar DirectionsStir dry ingredients, combine with chicken wings or other desired meat in a plastic bag. Shake well and leave in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Place on preheated grill and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes or until done. Or just throw them in an oven 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.I use this rub on types of chicken parts and they turn out great. The rub is perfectly spiced, nice complex bite to it. but not too hot, with that said the more you put on the meat the hotter it will get. |
