Ingredients

4 cup lukewarm water
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp salt
2 Tbl oil or margarine
1 pkg yeast
12 cup flour

Directions

Mix first water, sugar, salt and oil. Add yeast and about 12 cups flour (optional 5 cups whole wheat and 7 white flour). Knead until well mixed, 2 to 3 minutes. Let rise. Knead again for 5 or 6 minutes. Punch down and put into 3 large greased bread pans or 4 small loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
