2 quarts of Apple Cider
1 quart of Apple juice
1 cup of sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
500 ml of Everclear

Directions

Combine all ingredients minus the Everclear into a larger pot. Bring to a boil, after boiling for 5 to 10 minutest, remove from the burner and let cool to room temperature. Add the Everclear and enjoy. Its best to buy name brand Apple cider and juice, off brands can leave it tasting bitter.
